We spent a lot of time last summer getting in and out of our dinghy and balancing on
the top step before stepping on to the swim platform. After 5 weeks vacation the first
weekend back I expanded the landing area on the top step by

Welding two cross tubes on to the existing ladder

Fabricated a new step just above the present one out of Starboard material
(New step is actually at a better height to exit dinghy than the one on the ladder)
